Deutsche Grammophon hereby grants you permission to use the photos offered on this website under the following conditions:

1, The photos are protected by copyright. DGG does not guarantee that the use of the photos will not infringe the rights of third parties.

2, In any use of the photos, the user is obliged to print the correct photo credit attached below the image, clearly assigned to the respective photo. A collective credit or the credit © DGG is not sufficient.

3. The photos may only be used for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. If a longer period of use is required, this must be approved in writing by DGG.

4. The photos may only be used for promotional purposes in connection with DGG recordings and the artist depicted in the photo. Any further use for other purposes is not permitted. When using the photos for concert posters, it is required that the cover of the artist’s current DGG release is displayed and the correct photo credit is included (see also Section 11).

5. Any commercial use is prohibited.

6. The photos may not be edited or retouched; they may not be altered in color or used in a collage.

7. The photos may not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those stated in Section 4. If the photos are passed on, you are obliged to make the recipient aware of our Terms and Conditions and provide them with a copy.

8. The photos may not be used on the Internet for any purpose without prior written approval from DGG.

9. By using our photos, you agree to these conditions.

10. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, you alone are directly liable with regard to all related claims for damages by the photographer, and you will indemnify DGG against all such claims.

11. Additional provision for the use of Tahir/Shotview photos: Concert organizers must be informed that they may use the images free of charge only if the DG Anne-Sophie Mutter Mozart CD cover is displayed on the poster and the correct photo credit is included. If organizers require further rights or wish to use the photos in a context other than that of the related recording, they must be referred directly to the photographers.
