He has a close and long-standing collaboration with two of the world\u2019s greatest artists, Daniel Barenboim and Anne-Sophie Mutter. As concertmaster of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim since 2019 (and a member of the orchestra since 2010), he also tours the world with the violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter. Since 2020 Mohamed Hiber has been a fellow of the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation.<\/p>\n

Mohamed Hiber studied the violin with Ana Chumachenco starting in 2013, first in Madrid at the Escuela Superior de M\u00fasica Reina Sof\u00eda and then in Munich Music Academy, from which he graduated with a Master\u2019s degree in 2020.<\/p>\n

Mohamed Hiber has performed as a soloist with the London Symphony Orchestra, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonie S\u00fcdwestfalen, Philharmonie Baden-Baden, MDR Sinfonieorchester, the Danubian Orchestra, the Royal Chamber Orchestra of Wallonia and the Gstaad Festival Orchestra.<\/p>\n

As a recitalist and keen chamber musician, Mohamed Hiber frequently collaborates with Daniel Barenboim, Anne-Sophie Mutter, Elena Bashkirova, Yuri Bashmet, Gautier Capu\u00e7on, Martha Argerich, Frank Braley, Khatia Buniatishvili, G\u00e9rard Causs\u00e9, Kian Soltani, Daishin Kashimoto, Maxim Rysanov, Mihaela Martin, Frans Helmerson, Fran\u00e7ois Leleux, Nabil Shehata, Boris Brovtsyn, Itamar Golan, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Guy, Alexandre Tharaud, Amihai Grosz, Edgar Moreau, Pascal Moragues. With these musicians, Mohamed Hiber performs regularly in the world\u2019s most important chamber music series, such as the Lucerne Festival, the Beethovenfest in Bonn, the Intonations Festival in Berlin, the Salzburg Festival, the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival, the Rolandseck Festival, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art chamber music series in Denmark, and the Easter Festival in Aix-en-Provence.<\/p>\n

He is also the founder of the Elyon Piano Trio, together with the Hungarian cellist Laura Szabo and the Austrian pianist Maximilian Flieder. The Elyon Trio has participated in the Beethovenfest in Bonn and the Schubertiade in Schwarzenberg, Austria.<\/p>\n

Mohamed Hiber currently plays an instrument made by Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume (1858) and two bows made by Benoit Rolland, all on generous loan from the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation.<\/p>\n

Mohamed Hiber, der 1995 in Pantin in der N\u00e4he von Paris geboren wurde, ist ein herausragender Solist, begeisterter Kammermusiker und gefragter Konzertmeister. Er arbeitet eng und seit langem mit Daniel Barenboim und Anne-Sophie Mutter, zwei der gr\u00f6\u00dften Musiker:innen der Welt, zusammen.
