To download a photo to your computer,<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Click the “Download” link with the right mouse button (PC). Mac-Users hold the mouse-button down.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> From the opened menu select “Save link \/ Save file as…”.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> In the pop-up window “Save file \/ Save link as.” select the location to store the image file on your computer; for example, choose “temp” on your hard disk or any other folder you like.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Confirm in order to download the image to your computer.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong> Use DTP or image editing programs for viewing the high-res photos rather than your web browser.<\/p>\n

Deutsche Grammophon hereby grants you permission to use the photos offered on this website under the following conditions:<\/em><\/p>\n

1, The photos are protected by copyright. DGG does not guarantee that the use of the photos will not infringe the rights of third parties.<\/p>\n

2, In any use of the photos, the user is obliged to print the correct photo credit attached below the image, clearly assigned to the respective photo. A collective credit or the credit \u00a9 DGG is not sufficient.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. The photos may only be used for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. If a longer period of use is required, this must be approved in writing by DGG.<\/p>\n

4. The photos may only be used for promotional purposes in connection with DGG recordings and the artist depicted in the photo. Any further use for other purposes is not permitted. When using the photos for concert posters, it is required that the cover of the artist\u2019s current DGG release is displayed and the correct photo credit is included (see also Section 11).<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Any commercial use is prohibited.<\/p>\n

6. The photos may not be edited or retouched; they may not be altered in color or used in a collage.<\/p>\n

7. The photos may not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those stated in Section 4. If the photos are passed on, you are obliged to make the recipient aware of our Terms and Conditions and provide them with a copy.<\/p>\n

8. The photos may not be used on the Internet for any purpose without prior written approval from DGG.<\/p>\n

9. By using our photos, you agree to these conditions.<\/p>\n

10. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, you alone are directly liable with regard to all related claims for damages by the photographer, and you will indemnify DGG against all such claims.<\/p>\n

11. Additional provision for the use of Tahir\/Shotview photos: Concert organizers must be informed that they may use the images free of charge only if the DG Anne-Sophie Mutter Mozart CD cover is displayed on the poster and the correct photo credit is included. If organizers require further rights or wish to use the photos in a context other than that of the related recording, they must be referred directly to the photographers. 2. Bei jedweder Verwendung der Fotos ist der Verwender verpflichtet, den unten am Bild angebrachten korrekten Fotovermerk in eindeutiger Zuordnung zum Foto abzudrucken. Ein Sammelnachweis oder der Credit \u00a9 DGG ist nicht ausreichend.<\/strong><\/p>

3. Die Fotos d\u00fcrfen nur f\u00fcr eine Dauer von 6 Monaten ab Zusendung verwendet werden. Sollte ein l\u00e4ngerer Verwendungszeitraum ben\u00f6tigt werden, bedarf dies der schriftlichen Genehmigung von DGG.<\/p>

4. Die Fotos d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr Promotionzwecke im Zusammenhang mit DGG-Aufnahmen und dem auf dem Foto abgebildeten K\u00fcnstler verwendet werden. Jede weitergehende Nutzung zu anderen Zwecken ist nicht gestattet. Bei der Verwendung der Fotos f\u00fcr Konzertposter ist erforderlich, dass das Cover der aktuellen DGG- Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des K\u00fcnstlers abgebildet und der Foto-Kredit richtig angebracht wird (siehe auch Ziffer 11).<\/strong><\/p>

5. Jegliche kommerzielle Nutzung ist untersagt.<\/p>

6. Die Fotos d\u00fcrfen nicht bearbeitet oder retuschiert werden, sie d\u00fcrfen weder farblich ver\u00e4ndert noch in einer Collage verwendet werden.<\/p>

7. Eine Weitergabe der Fotos an Dritte zu anderen Zwecken als in Ziffer 4 ist untersagt. Bei einer Weitergabe der Fotos sind Sie verpflichtet, den Verwender mit unseren Terms and Conditions vertraut zu machen und ihm eine Kopie zu \u00fcberreichen.<\/p>

Falls die Veranstalter weitergehende Rechte ben\u00f6tigen bzw. die Fotos in einem anderen Kontext als in dem der dazu geh\u00f6rigen Aufnahme verwenden wollen, m\u00fcssen sie an die Fotografen direkt verwiesen werden.
