\u200bAnne-Sophie Mutter is committed to supporting young, talented violin, viola, cello and contrabass soloists worldwide. For this purpose she established the \u201cFreundeskreis der Anne-Sophie Mutter Stiftung e.V.\u201d [Friends of the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation] in 1997. The foundation of the same name with its head office in Munich could be established in 2008. These institutions provide scholarship recipients with assistance according to their individual needs.<\/p>\n

The Aida Stucki Award<\/h2>\n

The Aida Stucki Award is named after the Swiss violinist and violin teacher of the same name. She was one of Professor Carl Flesch\u2019s last students and, after her solo career, trained two generations of violinists at the Zurich University of Arts \u2013 anchoring Flesch\u2019s epoch-making knowledge in the future.<\/p>\n

Her most famous student is Anne-Sophie Mutter: \u201cAida Stucki is my guiding star in every respect \u2013 an incomparable violinist, a noble human being and a fantastic woman.\u201d<\/p>\n

Die F\u00f6rderarbeit<\/h2>

\u200bAnne-Sophie Mutter hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, junge hochbegabte Solisten der F\u00e4cher Geige, Bratsche, Cello und Kontraba\u00df weltweit zu f\u00f6rdern. Der Aida Stucki Preis<\/h2>

Der Aida Stucki Preis ist benannt nach der gleichnamigen Schweizer Geigerin und Violinp\u00e4dagogin. Sie war eine der letzten Studentinnen von Professor Carl Flesch und hat nach ihrer Karriere als Solistin an der Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule der K\u00fcnste zwei Generationen von Geigern ausgebildet \u2013 und so Fleschs Epoche machende Erkenntnisse in der Zukunft verankert. Ihre ber\u00fchmteste Sch\u00fclerin ist Anne-Sophie Mutter: \u201eAida Stucki ist in jeder Sicht Fixstern f\u00fcr mich, eine unvergleichliche Geigerin, ein edler Mensch und eine fabelhafte Frau.<\/p>
